{"id":671,"date":"2024-05-30T10:20:58","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T10:20:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/okventures.vc\/ok-ventures-becomes-a-shareholder-in-mundimoto\/"},"modified":"2024-08-07T12:29:57","modified_gmt":"2024-08-07T12:29:57","slug":"ok-ventures-becomes-a-shareholder-in-mundimoto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/okventures.vc\/en\/ok-ventures-becomes-a-shareholder-in-mundimoto\/","title":{"rendered":"OK Ventures becomes a shareholder in Mundimoto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>OK Ventures<\/strong>, the <strong>venture capital<\/strong> division of the <strong>OK Group holding company<\/strong>, has become an <strong>investor shareholder<\/strong> in the Catalan firm Mundimoto, a leader in the <strong>online sale and rental of motorbikes in Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>This agreement also includes <strong>an alliance between Mundimoto and OK Mobility<\/strong>, a global mobility platform also belonging to OK Group, to <strong>incorporate large-displacement motorbikes to its rental offer.<\/strong> A milestone that has been made possible thanks to the <strong>creation of a Joint Venture<\/strong> between the two platforms.<\/p>\n\n<p>OK Mobility users will thus be able to choose between <strong>three models<\/strong>: the <strong>Kawasaki Z500<\/strong>, the <strong>Kawasaki Vulcan S<\/strong> <strong>Tourer <\/strong>and the <strong>Yamaha T\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 700<\/strong> <strong>Explore<\/strong>. Initially, these bikes will be <strong>available at the OK Stores at Madrid Airport and Barcelona Mas Blau<\/strong>, strategic locations that allow travel throughout the peninsula, with a view to extending them to more destinations where OK Mobility is present.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Josep Talavera<\/strong>, founder and CEO of Mundimoto, celebrates the alliance and says that <em>\u201cthis<\/em><em> agreement with OK Mobility is a further step in our growth and diversification strategy.<\/em><em>. <strong>We join a leading company that is an example of how to get things done<\/strong>.
