1. How do we collect your personal data?
We collect data provided directly by the customer, either at the time of requesting the service through the completion of the forms provided for this purpose or those provided throughout the contractual relationship through various means such as, for example, complaints or requests for information submitted to the customer service department. The Client is responsible for its accuracy and updating.
When filling in a form on our website, you are obliged to fill in the fields marked with an * (asterisk). Failure to provide this information may result in us not fulfilling certain obligations. Sometimes you are referred to websites of partners or third parties. This is clearly indicated. The way in which these parties process your personal data is detailed in their privacy statements.

2. Legitimation for the use of your personal data.
We inform you that the processing of your data is legitimised by:

  • Your consent.
  • The preparation or execution of a contract.
  • To fulfil a legal obligation.
  • To protect your ‘vital interests’.
  • Due to the need to process personal data in order to fulfil a task of general interest
  • Because of our ‘legitimate interests’ or those of our partners.

3. Purposes and grounds for the processing of personal data
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Purpose 1: Provision of the contractual service, the information you provide is processed in order to provide the requested service and perform the billing of the same. The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Purpose 2: Sending advertising about new rates, promotions and offers from OK GROUP or other brands linked to the OK GROUP group of companies applicable to the service contracted or which are similar.

This purpose includes the use of your personal data to send you communications related to the provision, improvement and updating of services, as well as advertising information about promotions applicable to your Service or other services – including value-added services – that may be of interest to you.

  • Purpose 3: Development of commercial actions on products and services offered by other OK GROUP companies.

If you give your consent, OK GROUP may carry out commercial actions with the aim of sending you, by any channel, offers and promotions on other products and services of OK Group companies.

  • Purpose 4: Development of commercial actions on products and services offered by third party companies belonging to the leisure, culture, insurance, financial services, tourism, health or automotive sectors.

If you give your consent, OK GROUP may carry out commercial actions by third party companies with the aim of sending you, through any channel, offers and promotions from third party companies in the leisure, culture, insurance, financial services, tourism, health or automotive sectors.

  • Purpose 5: Transfer of your data to OK GROUP companies.

If you give your consent, OK GROUP will transfer your data to the other companies in the Group in order to: 1. Share information and, through the study of aggregate information, carry out statistical studies that allow commercial actions of greater value for both parties (e.g. identify in which offices you rent most frequently); 2. That the other companies in the Group can contact you directly, through any communication channel, to develop commercial actions on their products or services.

4. To whom do we disclose your data?
The personal data processed by OK GROUP, in order to achieve the purposes detailed above, may be communicated to the following recipients:

  • State, regional and local public administrations, in compliance with legal obligations.
  • State security bodies and forces, in compliance with legal obligations.
  • Courts and Tribunals, in compliance with legal obligations.
  • Public Prosecutor’s Office, in compliance with legal obligations.
  • Banks, in cases of financing, due to the execution of a contract.
  • To OK GROUP companies, due to your consent

5. Data retention period
Personal data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship with the customer is maintained and thereafter, until you decide to inform us of their deletion or until legally required, if you have given your consent. Once the contractual relationship has ended and if you decide to inform us of their deletion, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies their blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the period of limitation of the actions that may arise.

In any case, if at the end of the contractual relationship there is pending litigation arising from the exercise of actions challenging the invoice or aimed at achieving collection of the same, the data may be kept during the processing of the same, until a final decision is reached – at which time they will be blocked and subsequently erased – although they may only be used for evidential purposes.

6. Data protection and your rights
OK GROUP reports that it will proceed to treat the data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and updated. That is why OK GROUP undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that they are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.
In accordance with the rights conferred by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights:

  • Right of access: To know what type of data we are processing and the characteristics of the processing we are carrying out.
  • Right of rectification: To be able to request the modification of your data if they are inaccurate or untrue.
  • Right of portability: To be able to obtain a copy in an interoperable format of the data being processed.
  • The right to the limitation of processing in the cases set out in the Law.
  • Right of erasure: Request the erasure of your data when the processing is no longer necessary.
  • Right of opposition: To request the cessation of the sending of commercial communications and profiling with direct marketing, in the terms indicated above.
  • The right to revoke the consent given, and your request will be processed within approximately 20 days.
