OK Ventures, the venture capital division of the OK Group holding company, has become an investor shareholder in the Catalan firm Mundimoto, a leader in the online sale and rental of motorbikes in Europe.
This agreement also includes an alliance between Mundimoto and OK Mobility, a global mobility platform also belonging to OK Group, to incorporate large-displacement motorbikes to its rental offer. A milestone that has been made possible thanks to the creation of a Joint Venture between the two platforms.
OK Mobility users will thus be able to choose between three models: the Kawasaki Z500, the Kawasaki Vulcan S Tourer and the Yamaha Ténéré 700 Explore. Initially, these bikes will be available at the OK Stores at Madrid Airport and Barcelona Mas Blau, strategic locations that allow travel throughout the peninsula, with a view to extending them to more destinations where OK Mobility is present.
Josep Talavera, founder and CEO of Mundimoto, celebrates the alliance and says that “this agreement with OK Mobility is a further step in our growth and diversification strategy..
