OK Ventures expands its portfolio with new stakeholder Colibid

Nueva participada de OK ventures, Colibid

The fintech Colibid platform, a mortgage bidding and SaaS document management platform using AI, has just announced a round seed operation joined by OK Ventures, the venture capital division of the holding company OK Group, which consolidates its position in the Spanish mortgage market and supports its expansion plans.

Colibid is a fintech platform that launched the first foreclosure auction system in Spain in 2022, connecting more than 100,000 customers with 17 major banks and more than 100 brokers simultaneously. Its dedication and strong commitment to innovation have allowed it to expand its presence in international markets, driving digital transformation through its new SaaS solution, Extracto.i.o

Regarding the financing obtained in this seed round, Stefano Scardia, CEO of Colibid, comments: “We are incredibly proud to have the continued support of our investors and excited to welcome new strategic partners”; “This round allows us to continue growing in the market, helping thousands of families across Spain access the best mortgage rates. In addition, it will boost its international growth.”

Colibid has also announced the launch of Extracto.io, an Artificial Intelligence-based SaaS solution designed to revolutionise document management. Extract.io can read and process thousands of pages in seconds, converting any image or PDF into accurate data. An innovative technology that was initially developed in-house for Colibid’s mortgage platform and is now ready to drive efficiency in various industries, including logistics, insurance, banking/finance, healthcare and public administration.

While expanding into new markets, Colibid also wants to expand its innovative solutions to other sectors beyond finance, helping companies operate more efficiently through cutting-edge technology.

At OK Group, we are very excited about this promising project and are looking forward to following it closely.
